Open plan cottage, 4 Guests Maximum. Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 Children, with one Queen Bed and one Double Bed (pull out sofa).  

With 5 acres for a caravan/camping to cater for additional friends/family upon negotiation.

Fully equipped kitchen

Gas/electric oven, Microwave.

Modern kitchen appliances including: Air Fryer, Slow Cooker, Blender, Nespresso Machine and Pods, as well as crockery, cutlery, glassware, water filter jug.

We also provide Start-up kitchen staples including: salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, herbs, rice, pasta, cooking oil, kitchen wraps. Breakfast welcome pack fresh bread, farm fresh eggs, bacon, butter, milk, assorted cereals as well as some local preserves & honey. Fresh fruit/herbs available for your personal use during your stay

Separate Bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Some basic toiletries such as: shower gel, bath bombs and a hairdryer are supplied.

There is a Washing Machine/Laundry Sink in the bathroom with Iron and Ironing Board supplied for your convenience.

Start- up laundry staples include washing liquid, soap, pegs laundry basket also supplied.

Linen and towells provided.(will change linen/towells and do a clean every 4th night if your booking is longer than 5 days)

Wood fire and fully stocked woodshed for you to make your stay as warm and cosy as you wish.

For the warmer months we are equip with Ceiling Fans, Air Conditioning and all windows and doors are screened with block out blinds and curtains. Enjoy our Lounges to sit back in and relax, watch some TV. With great mobile reception, wired usb charging outlets and internet available (ADSL2) you can be beautifully secluded yet still connected to the world outside.

Outdoors we have a fully equip undercover BBQ area with BBQ, double lock up garage. Camping chairs, umbrellas and exterior lighting.

Portable cot and high chair available upon request. . 

Smoke detector, Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit supplied for you safety and well being..
