River Perched Farm Stay located at 262 Boundary Creek Road, Nymboida NSW.
A leisurely 5 minute drive off Armidale Road. About 21 km south west of Coutts Crossing and 44 km south west of Grafton.
Our self contained cottage is located on quiet road accessed by local traffic only. Built on 5 acres perched on the banks of the Nymboida River. Boasting picturesque views of the mountains and the mighty Nymboida River. Simply walk out the gate and follow the track that takes you directly to a small beach on the river.

History of the Property
The property has some 30 years of history.
Having only exchanged hands 3 times since 1850’s, the property has well established fruit trees that were originally part of a thriving orchard. River Perched is one of the few places where you can actually walk down to a small beach area on the mighty Nymboida River. We are not quite 'off grid', but nearly, as all our water comes from the sky!
Your Hosts
Your hosts Cheryl and Phil Warren have called Nymboida home for some 15 years.
Originally from Grafton, we fell in love with the surrounding area, farms and the river. We built our home and beef cattle business from the ground up from a blank canvas. We are the third owners of River Perched Farmstay since the 1850’s.
